Department of Social Welfare (DSW), Government of NCT of Delhi intends to develop an old age home at Rohini through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Operate & Transfer (DBOT) basis. DSW invites Request for Proposal from eligible Private Sector/Non Government entities who intend to participate in the project for development, operation, management and maintenance of the envisaged facility at Rohini (Sector-IV).

Scope of Work:

Planning, designing, finance, construction, development, operation and maintenance of an old age home for 30 years.
